At presents, there are many products that are similar to
margarine for bread spreads and bakery, which their
quality or standard are different from the requirements
in Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 207)
B.E. 2543 (2000), Re: Margarine dated 19 September
B.E. 2543 (2000). In addition, the CODEX Standard for
Margarine has also been amended by specifying the
new standard for fat spreads and blended spreads;
CODEX Standard 256-2007.

ทบทวนประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (ฉบับที่ 207) พ.ศ. 2543
เรื่ องเนยเทียม ลงวันที่ 19 กั นยายน พ.ศ. 2543 โดยยกเลิกประกาศ
กระทรวงสาธารณสุ ขฯ ฉบั บดังกลาว และอ างอิงขอกำหนดตามมาตรฐานของ
โคเดกซมาจั ดทำ (ราง) ประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (ฉบั บที่ 348) พ.ศ. 2555
เรื่องเนยเทียม เนยผสม ผลิ ตภัณฑ เนยเทียม และผลิตภั ณฑเนยผสม เพื่อปรับปรุ ง
ให ข อกำหนดคุณภาพหรื อมาตรฐานครอบคลุ มและเหมาะสมกับผลิ ตภั ณฑ
ที่มีลักษณะทำนองเดียวกับเนยเทียม โดยมีสาระสำคัญดังนี้
1. ยกเลิกประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (ฉบับที่ 207) พ.ศ. 2543 เรื่องเนยเทียม
ลงวันที่ 19 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2543
2. ใหเนยเทียม เนยผสม ผลิ ตภัณฑเนยเที ยม และผลิตภั ณฑเนยผสม
เปนอาหารที่กำหนดคุณภาพหรือมาตรฐาน
3. กำหนดนิยามของเนยเที ยม เนยผสม ผลิตภัณฑ เนยเที ยม และผลิตภัณฑ
เนยผสม
4. กำหนดคุณภาพหรือมาตรฐาน ดังแสดงในตารางที่ 1
5. การเติมส วนผสมอื่ นที่เป นวิตามิ นเอ เอสเทอรของวิ ตามิ นเอ วิตามิ นดี
วิ ตามินอี และเอสเทอรของวิตามินอี ใหใช ได ตามปริมาณที่กำหนดไวในประกาศ
The Ministry of Public Health by the Food and DrugAdministration,
therefore, agreed to review the Notification of the Ministry of
Public Health (No. 207) B.E. 2543 (2000), Re: Margarine dated
19 September B.E. 2543 (2000). In this regard, they decide to revoke
the mentioned notification and follow CODEX Standard for the drafting
of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 348) B.E. 2555
(2012), Re: Margarine, Blends, Fat spreads and Blended fat spread.
This notification intends to improve qualities and standards in order to
cover the products that are similar to margarine. The followings are
substantive amendments.
1. The Notification of Ministry of Public Health (No. 207) B.E. 2543
(2000), Re: Margarine dated 19 September B.E. 2543 (2000) shall be
repealed.
2. Margarine, blends, fat spreads and blended fat spread are
prescribed food to have qualities or standards.
3. Definition of margarine, blends, fat spreads and blended fat
spread are specified.
4. The qualities or standards of products are specified in Table 1;
5. Adding of other ingredients in terms of vitaminA, esters of vitamin
A, vitamin D, vitamin E and esters of vitamin E shall be complied with
quantity in this notification, which determined in accordance with the
Recommended Daily Intakes (Thai RDI) for people over 6 years of age
together.
6. Adding of other ingredients, which are not listed in this notification,
shall be approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
