ซึ่ งพิจารณาจากปริ มาณที่แนะนำให บริโภคตอวั นสำหรั บคนไทยอายุ ตั้งแต
6 ปขึ้ นไป (Thai RDI)
6. การเติมสวนผสมอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดไวตามประกาศนี้ ต องไดรับ
ความเห็นชอบจากสำนั กงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา
7. การใชวั ตถุเจือปนอาหารใหใช ไดตามชนิดและปริมาณที่กำหนดไวในบัญชี
ท ายประกาศนี้
8. การใชวั ตถุ แต งกลิ่นรสใหปฏิ บั ติ ตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุ ข
วาดวยเรื่องวัตถุแตงกลิ่นรส
9. ผูผลิตหรือผูนำเข าอาหารตามขอ 3 เพื่อจำหนาย ตองปฏิบัติตามประกาศ-
กระทรวงสาธารณสุขว าดวยเรื่ องวิธี การผลิ ต เครื่องมือเครื่ องใช ในการผลิต
และการเก็บรักษาอาหาร
10.การใชภาชนะบรรจุอาหารตามข อ 3 ให ปฏิบั ติตามประกาศกระทรวง-
สาธารณสุขวาดวยเรื่องภาชนะบรรจุ
11.การแสดงฉลากของอาหารตามขอ 3 ใหปฏิ บัติ ตามประกาศกระทรวง-
สาธารณสุ ขวาด วยเรื่องฉลาก และการแสดงสวนประกอบที่สำคั ญตามขอ 3(5)
ของประกาศฯ ดังกลาว ใหระบุปริ มาณไขมันทั้ งหมด ไขมั นนมหรือมันเนย และ
ปริมาณเกลือ (ถามี การใช) ดวย
12.ใหผูผลิตหรือผูนำเขาอาหารตามขอ 3 ที่ ไดรับเลขสารบบอาหารอยูกอน
วันที่ประกาศนี้ใชบั งคับตองปฏิบั ติตามหลักเกณฑที่กำหนดไว ในประกาศนี้ภายใน
หนึ่งป นับแตวันที่ ประกาศนี้ใชบังคับ
เมื่อผูผลิตหรือผูนำเขาอาหารตามวรรคหนึ่งไดปฏิบัติตามหลั กเกณฑที่กำหนด
ไวในประกาศนี้แลว ใหถือวาเลขสารบบอาหารเดิมเปนเลขสารบบที่ได รับอนุ ญาต
ตามประกาศฉบับนี้ดวย
ทั้งนี้ ประกาศนี้ มีผลใชบั งคับตั้งแตวั นที่ 23 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2556 หากผูใด
ผลิต นำเขา หรื อจำหนายอาหารที่ ไมเข ามาตรฐานตามประกาศขางตน เขาขาย
ฝาฝนมาตรา 25(3) แหงพระราชบัญญัติ อาหาร พ.ศ. 2522 มีโทษปรับไมเกิน
50,000 บาท
7. The use of food additives, shall be complied with type and quantity
as specified in this notification.
8. The use of food flavoring shall be complied with the Notification
of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Flavoring Agents.
9. Food manufacturers or importers under clause 3, for selling,
shall comply with the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re:
Production Processes, Production Equipments, and Foods Storages.
10.The use of food containers under clause 3 shall be complied with
the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: the Containers.
11. Food labeling under clause 3 in this notification shall be complied
with the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Label and
labeling of essential Ingredients, which indicate clause 3(5) of such
notification shall be specified total fat amount, milk fat or butter fat and
amount of salt (if any).
12.Food manufacturers or importers under clause 3, whose food
serial number permitted prior to the effective date of this notification shall
comply with this notification within one year after the effective date of
this notification.
When the food manufacturer or importer, who is subject to the first
paragraph of this notification, complies with this notification, the previous
food serial number shall be regarded as the food serial number permitted
under this notification.
This notification shall be effective from 23 July B.E. 2556 (2013)
onwards. In the case where anyone who manufactures, imports or sells
the foods, that is subject to this notification, does not comply with this
notification shall be subject to violation of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979)
section 25(3) and shall be fined not more than 50,000 THB.
