Pre-show - THAIFEX – World of Food Asia 2013

back in its 10th milestone year. Organised by
Koelnmesse, Department of International Trade
Promotions and The Thai Chamber of Commerce, THAIFEX –
World of Food Asia 2013 has grown in size and content,
creating a whole new immersive and enriching experience for
visitors and exhibitors. Taking place at Challenger Hall, IMPACT
Exhibition and Convention Centre in Bangkok, Thailand,
THAIFEX – World of Food Asia will be held from May 22 to 26,
2013.
2013 sees the fest growing in stature as it welcomes the official
launch of World of Seafood, an official collaboration to crown the
best coffee bean from Asia in the new Roasters‘ Choice Award, a
supercharged Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge, and distinguished
international speakers at 3 exciting new conferences, World of
Food Safety, Pack InnoTech and Cold Chain World.
Held concurrently, the inaugural World of Seafood comprises
over 3,500 sqm nett space, with three new groups from China,
Korea and Taiwan. Asia’s most innovative processed, value-
added and frozen seafood products, with brands such as Bonito
Seafood, Hyacinthe Parmentier, Johnwest, Mareblu, Navire and
Petit Ventuna Seafood are the highlights for this ‘must-attend’
seafood sourcing platform.

และเครื่องดื่มที่ทรงอิทธิพลมากที่สุดงานหนึ่งของเอเชียกำลังหวนกลั บมาอีก
ครั้งเปนปที่ 10 ซึ่งจั ดขึ้นโดยความรวมมือระหวาง บริษัท Koelnmesse กรม
สงเสริมการคาระหวางประเทศ และสภาหอการคาแหงประเทศไทย ในระหวางวั นที่
22-26 พฤษภาคม 2556 ณ อาคารชาเลนเจอร อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี การกลับมา
ครั้งนี้ของงาน THAIFEX – World of Food Asia ไดเติบโตขึ้นทั้งในดานขนาดและ
เนื้อหา พรอมที่จะสรางสรรคประสบการณและแตงเติมสีสันแปลกใหมใหแก ผูเขาชมงาน
และผูรวมแสดงสินคาอยางที่ ไมเคยเห็นที่ ไหนมากอนแนนอน
งานครั้งนี้จะยิ่งใหญกวาทุกครั้งดวยการเพิ่มนิทรรศการอาหารทะเลอยาง World
of Seafood ที่จะเปดตัวอยางเปนทางการในปนี้ พรอมกับเสริมความเขมขนดวยการ
จัดประกวด Roasters‘ Choice Award เพื่อตามหาเมล็ดกาแฟที่ดีที่สุดในเอเชีย การ
แขงขัน Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge ที่ทาทายพอครัวหัวกะทิใหมาประลอง
ฝมือทำอาหาร และเติมอาหารสมองดวยงานสัมมนาระดั บนานาชาติอยาง World of
Food Safety, Pack InnoTech และ Cold Chain World ที่ไดรับเกียรติจากวิทยากร
ผูเชี่ยวชาญระดับนานาชาติ มารวมเติมเต็มความรูกันแบบเต็มอิ่ม
แนนอนว างาน World of Seafood ที่จะจัดขึ้นพร อมกันครั้งนี้ เปนการเปดตัวครั้ง
แรกบนพื้นที่กวา 3,500 ตารางเมตร ที่จะตองไม ธรรมดาเปนแน เพราะนอกจากการ
เขาร วมแสดงสินคาจากประเทศไทยแลว ยังมีเพื่ อนบานอยางประเทศจีน เกาหลี
และไตหวัน ที่ขอเขารวมนำเสนอผลิตภั ณฑอาหารทะเลทั้ งแปรรูป เพิ่มมูลคา และ
