การเป นเวทีกลางรวบรวมผูประกอบการภาคอุ ตสาหกรรมตางๆ ทั้งเครื่องจั กร
ที่ใชในการผลิตของภาคอุ ตสาหกรรมอาหาร บรรจุภัณฑ รวมทั้งรานอาหาร นั บเปน
การสรางโอกาสให ผู ประกอบการไดมาสาธิตสินค าและแสดงศั กยภาพของบริษัท
รวมถึงการเจรจาธุรกิ จต างๆ ซึ่ งคาดวามียอดซื้ อขายภายในงานและตอเนื่องในช วง
6 เดือนแรกของป 2556 ไม ต่ำกวา 1,000 ลานบาท
Highlight of the Show
ไฮไลทสำคั ญภายในงานมี การเปดตั ว 2 ฟอรั มใหญ เพื่ อนักอุ ตสาหกรรม ไดแก
Industrial Engineering Forum และ ASEAN Food & Drink Forum ซึ่งจะเปนเวที
แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและวิสั ยทัศนของมืออาชีพ พรอมดวยกิ จกรรม การสัมมนา และ
การนำเสนอเทคโนโลยี ลาสุ ดครบครั น เพื่ อเป นก าวแรกของการตอยอดธุ รกิจ
อุตสาหกรรมสูยุ ค AEC นอกจากนี้ ยั งมีกิ จกรรมในสวนธุรกิ จ SMEs ด านอาหาร
และเครื่องดื่มเขารวมเป นจำนวนมาก ตลอดจนไดรับเกี ยรติจากร านอาหารเกาหลี
เดอะ บิบิมบั บ ซึ่งเป นผูนำทางด านบิบิมบั บ (ขาวยำเกาหลี ) แห งแรกในเอเชีย-
ตะวันออกเฉียงใต โดยมาสเตอรเชฟคิม มยอง ฮี ที่ไดรับการรั บรองอยางเปนทางการ
จากรั ฐบาลเกาหลี ร วมกับแขกผูมีเกียรติมาจัดทำบิ บิมบับชามใหญที่สุดในเอเชีย-
ตะวันออกเฉี ยงใตอันเปนไฮไลทในการเปดงานวันแรกอีกด วย

Post Show - Food Pack Asia 2013
Food Pack Asia 2013 ended strong for another year.
The event was held at Bangkok International Trade
and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) from 31th January to 3rd
February, 2013. The objectives were to gather manufacturers
in every industrial factor: industrial machines, packaging and
even restaurants, to present their products and potentiality.
The organizer of the show believed that there would be total
trade amount at least 1,000 million THB in the fair and in a
first half of year 2013.
Highlight of the Show
The highlight of the show the opening of 2 forums for
industrialists; Industrial Engineering Forum and ASEAN
Food & Drink forum, which were the stage of exchanging
ideas and visions of professionals including seminars and
presentations on recent technologies which will be the step
to AEC. Also, there were activities of SMEs businesses in
foods and drinks. Moreover, there was an activity called “The
Biggest Bibimbab in SoutheastAsia” for the opening ceremony
by “The Bibimbab” restaurant, the first guru of Bibimbab in
Southeast Asia with Master Chef, officially licensed by Korea
Government, Kim Myoung Hee accompanied with many of
VIP guests during the opening ceremony.
