Bangkok, 1 October 2014 - Nutrition Sc Co., Ltd. and Bureau of Food,
Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Public Health hosted the
seminar about the new regulations for food and beverage industry, lead
by Dr. Pat Ekpanyaskun, Director, Nutrition Sc Co., Ltd.
Narumon Chatsaga, the prior to market supervision group, Food
and Drug Administration (FDA), Ministry of Public Health delivered
the event topics Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 356)
B.E. 2556 (2013) Re: Beverages in Sealed Container, Re-process:
Strengthen Capacity of Entrepreneurs to Comply with Regulations and
updating in food allergen standard. In this regard, this seminar drew a
lot of attention to F&B professionals.

Commerce presented its 16th annual Business Awards. The festive
evening took place at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel Bangkok. The
Business Awards of the Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce were
established in 1998 to pay homage to some of the finest companies for
the way in which they excel in business and for their contribution to Thai
society. The Dutch business community is represented in Thailand by
multinationals like KLM, Philips, NXP Semiconductors, Heineken, TNT,
Shell and Unilever, as well as by many successful SME’s.
This year saw the winners in the various categories including
Mr.Chanchai Makpancharoenkit, Unilever - Most Valuable Employee
award, Khiri Travel - Best Tourism Company award, Stamex Technology
- Best Small or Medium Enterprise (SME) award, NXP Semiconductors
- Best Multinational Company (MNC) award.
