GNT has launched a range of EXBERRY®. Coloring Foods that can deliver spectacular red shades across a wide range of food and drink applications. These clean-label color concentrates are created from red sweet potatoes and can provide a plant-based replacement for carmine. They provide vibrant yellowish red hues with minimal off-taste, excellent stability, and the ability to achieve bright hues even at high pH levels. The new EXBERRY® reds are available in liquid, powder, and micronized powder formats and are perfectly suited to applications including beverages, marshmallows, panned confectionery, UHT milk, and yogurt.
