ปัจจุบันประเทศผู้นำเข้าหลายประเทศ มีความเข้มงวดในการควบคุมคุณภาพอาหารและผลผลิตทางการเกษตรมากขึ้น เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยต่อผู้บริโภค รวมถึงความปลอดภัยต่อพืชและสัตว์ภายในประเทศ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การนำเข้าสินค้าเกษตรและอาหารไปยังสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของสำนักงานศุลกากรแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน หรือ GACC (The General Administration of Customer) โดยมีข้อกำหนด กฎระเบียบ และข้อตกลงกับประเทศคู่ค้า สำหรับควบคุมสินค้าที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงให้มีความปลอดภัยก่อนการนำเข้า ดังนั้น ภาครัฐของไทยต้องดำเนินการควบคุมมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงร่วมกันกับจีน ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งตามประเภท ได้ดังต่อไปนี้
1.การส่งออกสัตว์น้ำมีชีวิต
2.การส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำ
3.การส่งออกผลไม้สด
4.การส่งออกสินค้าปศุสัตว์
Currently, many importing countries, including China, have strict control of imported food and agricultural products to ensure consumers’ safety, including domestic plant and animal safety. Importing agricultural and food products to China is under The General Administration of Customer (GACC). It has requirements, regulations, and trade agreements to secure high-risk goods before importing. Therefore, the Thai government must control food product standards according to the mutual agreement and understanding with China, which can be classified as follows:
1.Live Fishery Products Export
2.Chilled & Frozen Fishery Products Export
3.Fresh Fruit Export
4.Livestock Products Export
