ผลักดันธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์และอีคอมเมิร์ซไทยให้เติบโตแบบก้าวกระโดดด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีคลังสินค้าอัจฉริยะ

ปัจจุบันผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรมไทย เริ่มหันมาสนใจลงทุนเปลี่ยนคลังสินค้าแบบดั้งเดิม ให้เป็น “คลังสินค้าอัจฉริยะ” (Smart Warehouse) หรือคลังสินค้าที่ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติมากขึ้น เนื่องจากคลังสินค้าอัจฉริยะ เป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาประยุกต์ใช้ (Digital Transformation) และเป็นเทคโนโลยีที่ช่วยขจัดปัญหาเรื้อรังของคลังสินค้า ทั้งยังเพิ่มโอกาสในการสร้างผลกำไรจากการลดความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นได้ด้วยกระบวนการอัตโนมัติของคลังสินค้าอัจฉริยะ โดยปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ที่มักพบในคลังสินค้า ได้แก่ สต็อกสินค้ามักจะขาด เกิน หายหรือหาไม่เจอ ทำให้การขนส่งสินค้าเกิดความผิดพลาดและล่าช้า ส่งผลกระทบต่อกระบวนการการทำงานทั้งระบบ ทำให้ต้นทุนเพิ่มสูงขึ้นและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีให้กับลูกค้า ซึ่งปัญหาทั้งหมดนี้สามารถแก้ไขได้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีคลังสินค้าอัจฉริยะ ที่ช่วยทำให้คลังสินค้าทำงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ลดกำลังคนโดยการใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติมาทดแทนและเพิ่มผลกำไรจากการลดความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นได้
การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีคลังสินค้าอัจฉริยะนี้ จะมุ่งเน้นการนำเครื่องมือเดิมในคลังสินค้า มาพัฒนาให้เป็นระบบดิจิทัลด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ที่ออกแบบใหม่ เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลสต็อกและทำงานผ่านระบบเซนเซอร์อัจฉริยะ เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการไม่จำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนเครื่องมือหรือระบบใหม่ทั้งหมด พร้อมช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการตั้งแต่การรับสินค้าเข้าคลัง ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง จัดเก็บ เคลื่อนย้ายและขนส่ง ลดขั้นตอนและข้อผิดพลาดที่จะเกิดขึ้น โดยจะมีสัญญาณแจ้งเตือนหากมีสิ่งผิดปกติเกิดขึ้น เช่น สินค้าจัดวางผิดตำแหน่งหรือสูญหาย ช่วยเสริมศักยภาพให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมและผู้ประกอบการ โดยเฉพาะธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์และอีคอมเมิร์ซของไทยให้เติบโต พร้อมแข่งขันทั้งในและต่างประเทศได้
Thai entrepreneurs and industries are increasingly investing in transforming their traditional warehouses into “Smart Warehouses”, which utilize automated warehouse management systems. This shift to smart warehouses is part of the digital transformation into the operations of warehouses to eliminate long-standing issues and enhance profit opportunities by minimizing losses. Most traditional warehouses have experienced problems such as missing or misplaced stock, causing errors and freight delays, increasing costs, and bad customer experiences. By utilizing smart warehouse technology, these problems can be resolved with smart warehouse technology through systematic and automated warehouse management, which enhances overall operational efficiency, reduces workforce, and drives profitability by eliminating losses.
The development of this smart warehouse technology focuses on transforming traditional warehouse equipment into a digital system by using newly designed software. This digital system uses smart sensors to collect and store stock data, helping business owners avoid replacing all their equipment and systems. Additionally, this technology helps increase efficiency in processes from receiving goods, validating, storing, moving, and transporting. It reduces processes and potential errors that may occur, alerting users of any abnormalities, such as misplaced or lost goods. This technology enhances the potential of Thailand’s industrial and entrepreneur sector, particularly Thai logistics and e-commerce businesses, to grow and compete both domestically and internationally.
