ในโรงงานอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในปัจจุบันนี้ มีการประยุกต์ใช้ดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีมากขึ้น ทั้งจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 และการปรับตัวของผู้ประกอบการเอง อุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม จึงมีการนำเทคโนโลยีหุ่นยนต์มาประยุกต์ใช้ ซึ่งหนึ่งในเทคโนโลยีหุ่นยนต์ที่น่าสนใจและได้รับความนิยมมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ได้แก่ หุ่นยนต์จัดเรียงสินค้าบนพาเลท ซึ่งคือการนำหุ่นยนต์สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมมาใช้ในการจัดเรียงและจัดวางสินค้าลงบนพาเลทเพื่อการขนส่งต่อไป โดยส่วนมากมักใช้กับสินค้าที่มีขนาดใหญ่หรือน้ำหนักมาก ทั้งยังช่วยลดต้นทุน ลดแรงงานคน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตของโรงงานและทำให้จัดเรียงสินค้าปริมาณมากได้ในเวลาอันรวดเร็ว โดยมีการทำงานได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
ลักษณะการทำงาน
• ชิ้นงานหรือสินค้าถูกป้อนให้เข้าสู่พื้นที่ทำงานของหุ่นยนต์ โดยผ่านสายพานลำเลียง
• กล้องจับภาพชิ้นงาน หรือตัวอ่านบาร์โค้ดอ่านรหัสบนป้ายที่ไหลผ่านเข้ามาเพื่อบ่งชี้รหัสสินค้าและรูปแบบการจัดเรียงสินค้า
• แขนกลหยิบชิ้นงานครั้งละ 1 ชิ้น (หรือมากกว่า) ออกจากสายพานแล้ววางเรียงลงบนพาเลทตามรูปแบบการจัดเรียงที่กำหนดไว้
• เมื่อเรียงครบตามจำนวนแล้ว สินค้าบนพาเลทจะถูกส่งออกไปตามสายพาน เพื่อส่งไปยังกระบวนการถัดไป
รูปแบบการทำงาน
• หุ่นยนต์จัดเรียงสินค้าบนพาเลทมีความยืดหยุ่นในการออกแบบและตั้งค่าการใช้งานได้ตามความต้องการ เช่น 1 in / 1 out, 2 in / 2 out, 3 in / 3 out เป็นต้น

• สามารถทำได้ทั้งการหยิบชิ้นงานวางลงบนพาเลทหรือหยิบชิ้นงานออกจากพาเลท
The COVID-19 pandemic and the need for adaptability have resulted in more and more businesses in the food and beverage industries to apply digital technology and other technologies to their operations. One of the technologies that has gained more popularity is the robotic palletizer. Robotic palletizing is the practice of using an industrial robot to place and stack goods onto a pallet for transportation. Many robots can be used for palletizing and the most common approach is to use dedicated palletizing robots for quick transportation of heavy, bulky items. The technology helps reduce, cost, and labor, while offering high efficiency as the technology can work continuously for 24/7.
How It Works
• The workpiece or goods are fed into the work area of the robotic palletizer through the conveyor belt.
• Workpiece vision camera or barcode reader reads the code on the label that flows through it to indicate the product code and sorting pattern.
• The robotic arm picks up one (or more) workpiece at a time from the conveyor and places it on the pallet according to the arrangement pattern.
• When all the numbers are sorted, goods on the pallet will be unloaded along the conveyor to be sent to the next process.
