TVI is a simple and intuitive operating concept portioning machine. The different slice weight and placement options are possible even within the same piece of meat. This is the best portioning quality with the highest level of flexibility, maximum yield, minimum giveaway, and efficiently operating. The pieces of meat are loaded into the drawer and pushed into the machine. The meat is perfectly formed and pressed. It can run in waste less mode or, if required, with a minimum trim, depending on user demand.
