Residues in Food) (No.2)
The National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food
Standards (ACFS) issued the Notification of the Ministry of
Agriculture and Cooperatives Re: Thai Agricultural Standard :
Pesticide Residues : Maximum Residue Limits Issued by Virtue
of the Agricultural Standards Act B.E.2551 (2008) (No.2), dated
the 2 of September of B.E.2560 (2017), in order to revise the

maximum residue limit for pesticides in agricultural commodity
to suit the current situations. In response to said notification, the
Food and Drug Administration, by virtue of the Food Act B.E.2522
(1979), thus issued the Notification of the Ministry of Public
Health No.393 B.E.2561 (2018) Re: Food Containing Pesticide
(Pesticide Residues in Food) (No.2) which has amended
