Hisaka retort sterilizationequipment using thehotwater spray
method is the fact that there are no temperature variations
– the most sought for aspect in sterilizing equipment – and
it offers excellent uniform heating and cooling capabilities.
Also, it realizes exceptionally smooth and stable temperature
increases, heating, and cooling by indirectly heating and
cooling the object with plate method heat exchanger equip-
ment.
1. A quad-directional spray nozzle with uniform high disper
sion on all heat sterilization product trays allows ideal
heat sterilization.
2. Ideal for aired containers and glass bottles. Buoyancy and
water pressure on liquid depth has no influence, even
for large-sized equipment.
3. Reduced energy and water use compared with the
heated water retaining method, uses only around
1/6~1/7 the water, thus decreasing running costs.
