This stainless steel hand scrapers is an ideal
tool for removing the scraps of raw materials or
food stains in the food production lines. It comes
with a choice of six coloured handles; blue,
green, red, white, yellow and orange. It has a
118 mm blade and its overall length is 223 mm.
The MSC3 can be autoclaved up to 134°C, with
a usage temperature between -10 and 120°C.
The stainless steel is resistant to damage caused
by condensation cycles in areas of high humidity
such as food processing lines and kitchens. In
addition, they impart no taste or odor to the end
products when used in a production facility.
