เจริญโภคภัณฑ์ อาหาร จ�ำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ซีพีเอฟ ณ
มหาวิทยาลัยสตอกโฮล์ มในโครงการSeafoodBusiness
ForOceanStewardship (SeaBOS)และได้มีการลงนาม
ในแถลงการณ์ร่วม เพื่ อร่วมมื อกันอนุ รักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม
ทางทะเล และปฏิบั ติ ตามกฎเกณฑ์มาตรฐานโลก
ตลอดห่ วงโซ่การผลิ ต โดยมีเป้าหมายในการส่งเสริม
การท� ำประมงและใช้แรงงานถูกกฎหมาย เลิ กการใช้
ยาปฏิ ชีวนะ ลดการใช้พลาสติ ก และลดการปล่ อย
ก๊าซเรื อนกระจก เป็นต้ นรวมถึงการร่วมมือกันเพื่อวิจัยและ
พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการประมงและเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น�้ ำ
อย่างยั่งยืน

ร่วมกับมหาวิ ทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ได้ด�ำเนินโครงการจัดท�ำมาตรฐาน
อาชีพและคุณวุ ฒิวิชาชี พ สาขาวิชาชีพเกษตรกรรม สาขาแปรรู ปสัตว์น�้ำ
มีวัตถุ ประสงค์ เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสร้างเครือข่ายการจัดท�ำมาตรฐาน
อาชีพและคุณวุฒิวิ ชาชีพให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการ
ทั้งภายในประเทศและระดับสากล ทั้งนี้สามารถสรุปผลการด�ำเนิ นงานโดย
มีภาพรวมดังนี้
1) การด�ำเนิ นงานโครงการ ได้ก�ำหนดความมุ่งหมายหลั ก คือ ผลิตและ
พัฒนาการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์สัตว์ น�้ำในระบบอุตสาหกรรมให้มีปริมาณและ
คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่ก� ำหนดเพื่อจ�ำหน่ายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
และมีการก�ำหนดบทบาทหลักในการด�ำเนินงานโครงการได้แก่ ผลิตควบคุม
และประกันคุณภาพและวิ จัยและพัฒนาการผลิ ตสัตว์น�้ำผลิตภัณฑ์สัตว์น�้ำ
สดแช่เย็นหรือแช่แข็ง
2) คณะท�ำงาน และคณะที่ปรึกษาโครงการ ได้ร่วมกั นก�ำหนดให้ มีการ
จัดท� ำมาตรฐานอาชีพและคุณวุฒิวิ ชาชีพจ�ำนวน7ระดับคุณวุฒิวิ ชาชีพได้แก่
1) สาขาอาชีพการผลิต ประกอบด้วย ผู้ ปฏิบัติ งานการผลิต ระดั บ 2
ระดับ3และนั กบริหารการผลิต ระดับ42) สาขาอาชีพควบคุมและประกัน
คุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย ผู ้ปฏิบัติ งานควบคุมและประกันคุณภาพ ระดับ 2
และนักบริหารการควบคุมและประกันคุณภาพ ระดับ43) สาขาอาชีพวิ จัย
และพัฒนาประกอบด้วยนักวิจัยและพัฒนา ระดับ 4และระดั บ 5ทั้งนี้ได้
ก�ำหนดหน่วยสมรรถนะหลักของมาตรฐานอาชีพรวมทั้ งสิ้น 20 หน่ วย
สมรรถนะและมีหน่วยสมรรถนะย่อยรวมจ�ำนวนทั้ งสิ้น76หน่วย

ocean and aquaculture. Theywill undertake the same
goal in applying international regulations throughout
their supply chains by strictly engaging with non-IUU,
eliminating illegal labor, no antibiotic, reducing
greenhousegasemissionand reducing theuseof plastic, etc.Theywill alsocollaborate
invest in research and development on technology for sustainable fisheries and
aquaculture.Thedialoguemeeting tookplace recentlyatStockholmUniversity,Sweden.

of this implementation is to promote support, and create a network
ofprofessionalstandardsandqualifications inorder tomeet theneeds
of both domestic and international operators. The results can be
summarized as follows:
1) Project implementation’s main purpose is to produce and
improve the production of aquatic products in the industrial system
to the quantity and quality standards prescribed for domestic and
foreign distribution. The main roles in the project are production,
control and quality assurance, and research and development in
fresh, chilledand frozen aquatic products.
2)Workinggroupandadvisoryboardhave jointlyset up7 levels
ofprofessionalstandardsandqualifications including1)Manufacturing
group consists of productionworkers level 2 and 3, and production
managers level 42)Qualityandassurancegroupconsistsof quality
control and quality assurance personnel level 2 and quality control
andqualityassurancemanager level43)Researchanddevelopment
