BrewingConferenceBangkok, the5th InternationalBeer
Industry Conference, has opened its door once again to
welcomemore than 250 experts and distinguished guests
from thebeer andbeverage industry inSoutheastAsiaand
Thailand.
This international symposiumwas organized under the
cooperationofThailandBeer IndustryGuildandVLBBerlin
during 11-13 June 2017 at BITEC and presented latest
technical andmarket trends inglobal beermarket under the
theme “Curious about Diversity – Challenges and
Opportunities for theBrewing Industry inSouth-EastAsia”.
Not only technical seminar, Thai Asia Pacific Brewery and
ThaiBeverageCanhadalsoopened their factories toexhibit
theirmodernproduction line to interested participants.
The main theme for this year’s conference, “Curious
about Diversity – Challenges and Opportunities for the
Brewing Industry in South-East Asia”, has paved way for
presentations about technical measures and production
capacity enhancing technology and efficient quality beer
packing process. In addition to the presentations of each
beer productionprocess, theconferencealsoopened room
for proposals and discussions in how to improve brewing
quality in both technical and production terms, how to
evaluateproductqualityandhow tomarketing theproducts.
Moreover, this year’s Brewing Conference Bangkok also
focusesonmarket trendandcraft beerbyextendingmarket
trends and growth opportunity for beer and craft beer in
Southeast Asia, as well as a case study of beer and craft
beer market in China, where sales are varied and
continuously grown.
Theconferencewelcomedmultinational visitorsandhad
createdexperiencesandnetworkingenvironmentbrilliantly.
Apart from visitors from Thailand, members of other Asia-
Pacific countries were also joining the event; Singapore,
Malaysia,Myanmar, Vietnam, SouthKorea,China, Taiwan,
the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Cambodia, and more than
half of thesevisitorsare representatives fromcompanies in
beer and beverage industry.
For this year’s factory tour, hosted by Thai AsiaPacific
BreweryandThai BeverageCan, visitorswere taken to the
advanced Heineken brewing site and the high capacity
aluminum canproduction factory usingmodern technology
and integrated technology 4.0. The site visits have gained
much impression from conferenceparticipants.

ในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และประเทศไทยอีกครั้ง
งานประชุมสัมมนาระดับนานาชาติครั้งนี้ถูกจั ดขึ้นภายใต้ความร่วมมือของสมาคมอุตสาหกรรม
เบี ยร์ไทย (Thailand Beer Industry Guild) และ VLBBerlin เมื่อวันที่ 11-13 มิถุ นายน 2560 ที่ผ่านมา
ณศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุ มไบเทคโดยได้น�ำเสนอหัวข้อเชิงเทคนิคมากมายรวมถึงเทรนด์และ
แนวโน้ มด้านการตลาดของวงการเบี ยร์ทั่วโลกล่ าสุด ภายใต้ธี ม “Curious about Diversity –
Challenges and Opportunities for the Brewing Industry in South-East Asia” ทั้งนี้ นอกจาก
โปรแกรมสั มมนาในเชิงเทคนิคที่เข้มข้ นแล้วทางบริษัทไทยเอเชียแปซิฟิคบริวเวอรี่ จ� ำกัดและบริษัท
ไทย เบเวอร์เรจแคนจ�ำกัดยังได้เปิดโรงงานต้อนรับคณะผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาเพื่อเยี่ยมชมสายการผลิต
อันทันสมัยซึ่งเป็ นส่วนหนึ่งของโปรแกรมสัมมนาคุณภาพนี้อีกด้วย
ธีมหลักของงานประชุมในปีนี้ คือ “CuriousaboutDiversity–ChallengesandOpportunities
for theBrewing Industry in South-East Asia” ที่เน้ นการน�ำเสนอข้ อมูลเชิงเทคนิคและเทคโนโลยี
ที่ช่ วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและขั้นตอนการบรรจุในโรงเบียร์ในแง่ของประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพ
นอกจากนี้ยังมีการน�ำเสนอและร่วมหารือในประเด็ นเรื่องการเพิ ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปรุงเบียร์ที่
ครอบคลุ มทั้งด้านเทคนิคในการผลิต การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และการท�ำการตลาด ทั้งนี้ Brewing
Conference Bangkok 2017 ครั้งนี้ ยังได้ให้ ความส�ำคั ญของตลาด แนวโน้ม และการผลิต
คราฟท์เบียร์ ด้วย ผ่านการน�ำเสนอเทรนด์ แนวโน้มตลาด และโอกาสในการเติ บโตของเบียร์และ
คราฟต์ เบียร์ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ รวมไปถึงการน� ำเสนอกรณีศึกษาของตลาดเบี ยร์และ
คราฟท์ เบียร์ในประเทศจี นซึ่งมีความผันผวนแต่ยังเติบโตต่อเนื่อง
งานประชุมสัมมนาครั ้งนี้ได้ รับความสนใจจากประเทศ ซึ่งได้ร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์
และสร้ างเครือข่ายภายในงานอย่างเข้ มข้นซึ่ งมีผู้ร่วมงานจากภูมิภาคเอเชียได้แก่ สิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย
เมียนมา เวียดนาม เกาหลีใต้จี น ไต้หวั น ฟิลิปปินส์ ศรีลังกา และกัมพูชา เข้าร่วมอย่างล้นหลาม
โดยกว่าครึ่งของผู้ร่วมงานสัมมนาต่างก็เป็นตัวแทนจากบริษัทกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเบียร์และเครื่องดื่ ม
ทั้ งสิ้น
ส�ำหรับกิจกรรมการศึกษาดูงานในปีนี้จัดขึ้ นที่บริษัท ไทยเอเชี ย แปซิฟิค บริวเวอรี่ จ�ำกัด และ
บริ ษัท ไทย เบเวอร์เรจ แคน จ� ำกัด ซึ่งโรงงานแห่งแรกเป็นฐานการผลิตเบียร์ ไฮเนเก้นที่ มีความ
ทันสมัยส่วนโรงงานแห่งที่สองนั้น เป็นโรงงานผลิ ตกระป๋องอลูมิเนียมที่มีก�ำลังการผลิ ตสูงพร้อมด้วย
เทคโนโลยีที่ทั นสมัยและการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยี 4.0 ไว้อย่างครบครัน ซึ่งการเข้าชมโรงงานทั้ง
สองแห่งนี้สามารถสร้างความประทับใจให้แก่คณะผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาเป็นอย่างมาก
