Products made from mixed fruits
The amount of fruit used as the main ingredient and
the total fruit content in the finished product shall comply
with the following conditions:
1. Main fruit proportion
- For 2 kinds of fruit: the main fruit contents shall be
not less than 50% of the total fruit contents.
- For 3 kinds of fruit: the main fruit contents shall be
not less than 33.33% of the total fruit contents.
- For 4 or more kinds of fruit: the main fruit contents
shall be not less than 25% of the total fruit contents.
2. Total fruit contents in the final product
- Not less than 35% by weight for normal fruit-content
products, or not less than 45% by weight for high
fruit-content products.
However, in cases where certain fruits (e.g., durian)
have specific minimum requirements due to their
strong flavor, the total fruit content in the final product
shall follow those specific requirements.
If a mixed-fruit product contains two or more main fruits
in equal proportions, the total fruit content of the final
product shall comply with the one requiring the
highest fruit percentage among the fruits used.
