STRONG QC & QA
1. IoT Sensors for Safety and Quality Control
Traditional quality inspection methods are often
time-consuming, generate substantial waste, and may
detect errors too late to prevent risks to product safety.
IoT sensors are now being deployed for continuous
monitoring and control of critical parameters, such as
soluble solids (°Brix), pH, temperature, pressure, and flow
rates. This enables faster and more accurate anomaly
detection and improved process control.
2. AI Machine Vision Systems
In high-speed beverage bottling lines, manual visual
inspection cannot keep pace with production speeds and
remains susceptible to human error. AI-powered machine ภาพที่่ 4 ระบบบริหารจัดัการห่วงโซ่่ความ์เย็นิ และบันิทึกข้้อม์ูล

3. Predictive Maintenance
Intelligent systems use vibration and thermal sensors
installed on motors and other critical equipment to
continuously collect and analyze real-time data using AI.
When abnormalities are detected, the system generates
maintenance alerts, allowing operators to take preventive
action before equipment failure or unplanned downtime
occurs.
4. Smart Cold Chain
Continuous monitoring of product temperature during
transportation helps ensure compliance with required
temperature parameters, thereby preserving product
quality and safety throughout the entire Farm-to-Fridge
continuum. Data recorded using blockchain technology
can help prevent unauthorized tampering and strengthen
traceability throughout the cold chain.
