              Cold plasma technology has emerged as a promising non-thermal food processing method that is gaining
              increasing attention in the food industry. Its principal advantage lies in its ability to inactivate various
              microorganisms, including bacteria, yeasts, molds, and viruses. At the same time, preserving food’s
              sensory and nutritional qualities. As a result, cold plasma is particularly suitable for heat-sensitive foods,
              such as products enriched with vitamins or those requiring the preservation of natural color, aroma, and
              flavor characteristics of food.
