ผลิ ตภัณฑ์ที่ผสมผสานเทคโนโลยีการใช้วั ตถุดิ บจาก
ธรรมชาติ อั นได้แก่ เปลือกหอย (Calcinated shell
calcium) และสารสกั ดจากธรรมชาติอื่นๆ เพื่อลด
ปริมาณเชื้อจุ ลินทรีย์ที่ติ ดมากับวัตถุดิบอาหาร เช่ น
Bacillus subtilis, E. coliและ S. aureusเป็นต้น
เหมาะสำหรั บการประยุกต์ ใช้ในการล้ างผักและ
วั ตถุดิ บอาหารทะเลเพื่อทดแทนคลอรีน สะดวกใน
การใช้งานและปราศจากกลิ่ นตกค้าง
This product is a combination of natural sources
of raw materials, i.e. calcinated shell calcium
and other natural extracts. New SPC is used for
inhibiting quantity of food-borne bacteria, such
as Bacillus subtilis, E. coli and S. aureus, etc. It
is well-equipped with sanitizing properties which
is suitable for washing vegetables and seafood
raw material, etc, in substitution of chlorine. In
addition, it is easy to use and does not leave
unpleasant odor.
