Food Focus Thailand is invited to join a media team representing a media from Thailand to visit seven food and
equipment manufacturers in Taiwan who will attend the international exhibition of the most comprehensive food, food
packaging technologies and manufacturing processes in 2013. This event is to give the information to the press for
sharing to who are interested in visiting the exhibition this year.

สงออกสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมเบเกอรี่ และขนมตางๆ เชน เครื่องนวดแปง เครื่ อง-
ตีไข เครื่องตีครีม เครื่องหมัก/ผสมแปง เตาอบ เครื่องทำเคกและคุ กกี้ เปนต น
ตลาดส งออกที่สำคั ญ ได แก ไทย โดยมี อั ตราการเติบโตมากขึ้ นทุกป
และมีผู แทนจำหนายในไทยแล ว สำหรับตลาดต างประเทศอื่ นๆ ไดแก
จีน บังคลาเทศ อินโดนีเซี ย ฟลิปปนส เปนต น
• Chung Shen Food Machinery (CSFM) ผูผลิ ตและออกแบบ
เครื่องทำอาหารและผสมอาหารที่ ไดรับความนิ ยมมากที่สุดในอุตสาหกรรม-
การผลิ ตขนมหวาน “Nougut candy” ซึ่งเปนขนมที่ นิยมมากในไต หวั น
และสงผลใหมู ลคาการสั่งซื้ อเครื่องผสมอาหาร “CSFM” ในประเทศมีมากกว า
80% นอกจากนี้ยังมีสิ นคาหลักที่สร างมู ลค าในตลาดต างประเทศ คือ
เครื่องผสมแปงอัตโนมัติขนาดตางๆ โดยไดรับการตอบรับดี ที่สุดในตลาดญี่ปุ น
สรางยอดขายจากการถูกนำไปใชผลิ ตขนมโมจิ จากแนวคิ ดการผลิ ต
เครื่ องจั กรเพื่อผลิ ตอาหารเดนประจำชาติ นี้ เองที่ทำให “CSFM” ตั้ งเปา
จะพัฒนาและขยายตลาดตางประเทศให เพิ่มขึ้นเปน 30% ภายในป 2556 นี้
โดยมุงเน นตลาดอินเดี ย และประเทศในเอเชียตะวันตกเฉียงใตที่ มีอาหาร
เอกลักษณของประเทศ รวมถึงประเทศไทย

• Chanmag Bakery Machine The manufacturer and designer
of exported machines for bakery and confectionery industries such
as kneading machine, egg mixer, cream mixer, flour fermenter/
mixer, oven, cake and cookies maker etc. The major export markets
include Thailand. The growth rate is increasing every year and its
has already dealer in Thailand. For other international markets, they
export to China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Philippines etc.
• Chung Shen Food Machinery (CSFM) Manufacturer and
designer of cooking and mixing machines that are the most popular
in the confectionery industry “Nougut candy” which is a very popular
snack in Taiwan. This results in the domestic market value of “CSFM”
of more than 80%. There is also a product that creates value in
the international market; it is an automatic dough mixer of various
sizes. The machine is well received in the Japanese market sales
that are being used to produce mochi dessert. From the concept of
production machinery to produce the state of the arts, “CSFM” aims
to develop and expand international markets to 30% by the year
2013. It focuses on the Indian market and countries in Southwest
Asia with the unique cuisine of the country, including Thailand.
