“Food Focus Thailand” has been invited
to join a reception to bid farewell to the Netherlands Ambassador H.E. Mr.
Joan Boer and his wife Mrs. Wendelmoet Boer-Schippers. After fulfilling
his post in Thailand, Ambassador Joan and his wife are leaving Thailand in
the early of April. The farewell reception was organized at the Residence of
theAmbassador on Wireless Road. No tear but only Big smile and Biggles
Bigband Jazz concert fromThe Netherlands. Good byeAmbassador Joan

held the 71

calibration seminar at Chiangmai Hill 2000, Chiang Mai.
Mr.Somwang Wongduang, Head of Calibration Laboratory presented
the Standard Calibration of Scale to the audiences. The seminar was
successful by drawing attentions from interested attendees. They
could learn more understanding about calibration and implement to
their working.

is recognized internationally. ISO 50001 was issued by International
Standards Organization (ISO) by the British Standards Institution. This
energy management system helps in designing organizations to manage
energy, whether it is electric power, hydropower, wind power or other
renewable energy to achieve maximum efficiency of the organization.
