ollowing the successful launch of Food ingredients Vietnam
(Fi Vietnam) in 2014, the second edition returns to the Saigon
Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) on 20-22 May,
2015. Fi Vietnam is presented by UBM, the organisers of Fi Asia and
Fi Europe, a trusted partner of the global food ingredients market
since 1986.
“We look forward to the 2015 edition of Fi Vietnam, another
success story of the Fi global portfolio”, said UBM Asia (Thailand)
Business Director, Rungphech Chitanuwat. “Fi Vietnam 2015 aims
to support the local F&B industry by bringing Vietnamese products
to the international market and also facilitating knowledge transfer to
improve the quality and safety of Vietnamese products”.
“the Fi portfolio is dedicated solely to food ingredients – not
finished foods. This offers exhibitors and visitors a one-stop event
for food ingredients with a more focused approach so we can offer
you the right ingredients for your success. Customers will come to
Fi Vietnam 2015 looking to do business; they can see, touch, taste
and smell food ingredients, experience the latest technologies, and
find solutions to formulate products that meet consumer demands
and are also competitive in the market place which aims more for
value added products. Fi Vietnam 2015 is expected to attract more
than 150 local, regional and international ingredient suppliers and
