ทั้งนี้ ตามนโยบายของรัฐบาลและยุทธศาสตร์กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ต้องการผลักดันตลาดใหม่
และสินค้าที่ มีศักยภาพคณะกรรมการโครงการฯจึงได้ก�ำหนดกรอบวงเงินส�ำหรับการสนับสนุ น
SMEsตามรายตลาดหรือกลุ่มสินค้าส�ำคัญ โดยแบ่ งเป็น4ด้านหลัก ได้ แก่
1.ตลาดใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ: อาเซียนจีน เอเชียใต้ ตะวันออกกลางรัสเซียแอฟริกา (วงเงิน
200ล้านบาท)
2. ตลาดหลัก: ญี่ ปุ่นสหรัฐอเมริ กา สหภาพยุโรป (15) ออสเตรเลียนิวซีแลนด์ แคนาดา
(วงเงิน100ล้ านบาท)
3. Servicebusiness: (THB 50million limit)
4. Productswithhighaddedvalue, innovative, eco-friendly
designorwith certification logo: (THB50million limit)
“Inaddition to theentrepreneurs thataremanufacturers,wealso
give opportunity to those who are traders. For SMEs with no
experience in exporting, wewould like to invite them to participate
in CLMV markets, which are our neighboring countries with
admiration forThai goodsand transportation feeand logisticscosts
are not expensive. The business environments are also not much
different fromThailand”, Ms.Paiyada said.
Ms.Paiyada explained that the overseas trade fair must be the
one in which the Department of International Trade Promotion or
other administrative agencies have not taken entrepreneurs for
participating in the show, in order to prevent duplication of support
byadministrativeagencies toprivatesector. Itmust alsobe theone
with themainobjective forBusiness toBusiness (B2B) in theQualified
Exhibition List, totaling 462 events, or the one organized by 26

1. ค่าเช่าพื้นที่ และค่าตกแต่งคู หาขนาด9ตารางเมตร รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายจ�ำเป็นในการเข้าร่วมงาน

3. ค่าดําเนินการสําหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงาน ได้แก่ ค่าที่พักค่าบัตรโดยสารเครื่ องบิน
และค่าประสานงานในต่างประเทศ
Operatingexpenses for coordinatingofficers, i.e. accommodation fee, airfare,
andoverseas coordination fees
ทั้งนี้ ให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่จัดการและประสานงานคณะได้ 1คนต่อจํานวนนิติบุคคล10รายและระยะเวลา
เดินทางของเจ้าหน้าที่ คือช่วงเวลาการจัดงาน+ก่อนและหลังงานไม่เกิน1 วัน
In this regard, there shall be 1managing and coordinating officer per 10 juristic persons.
The travelingperiod of the officer shall be the time of event + not more than 1 day before
andafter theevent

ทั้งนี้ วงเงินรวมไม่เกิ น1,500,000บาทต่อคณะต่อประเทศและไม่เกิน40,000บาทต่อราย
In this regard, the total limit does not exceedTHB1,500,000per groupper country
andnot over THB40,000per case.
จากหลักเกณฑ์ของโครงการฯ ต้องยื่นเสนองานไม่น้อยกว่า 60 วัน โดยนั บจากวันที่
เอกสารถึงกรมส่ งเสริ มการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ดั งนั้นเอกสารที่ ต้ องยื่ นผ่าน
สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย รวมระยะเวลาทั้งหมดต้องยื่นเสนองานไม่น้ อยกว่า
120 วัน
Under theProjectcriteria,submissionmustbemadenot less than
60days from thedateonwhich theDepartment of International
Trade Promotion receives the documents. Therefore, for
documents thatmust submit via theBoardof Tradeof Thailand,
the total period for submissionmust benot less than 120days.
