ภาคธุรกิจมี ปจจัยบวกจากการรวมตั วเปนประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน หรือ AEC
ที่กำลังจะเกิ ดขึ้ นในป 2558 ซึ่งเป นแรงหนุ นสำคั ญตอการสงออกสินค า
ของไทยไปยังประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน โดยเฉพาะการคาชายแดนที่เชื่อมโยง
กั บประเทศในกลุม CLMV (ไดแก กั มพูชา สปป.ลาว เมียนมาร และเวียดนาม) กระตุน
การเดิ นทางท องเที่ยวภายในภู มิกาคอาเซี ยน อีกทั้ งยังจูงใจให ธุรกิ จตางชาติเข ามา
ลงทุ นขยายฐานธุ รกิจในไทย ซึ่ งกิจกรรมเศรษฐกิจเหลานี้ จะสรางอานิ สงสใหแกธุรกิจ
เกี่ยวเนื่องจำนวนมาก
อยางไรก็ดี ในป 2556 ยังคงมีปจจัยลบปกคลุมการดำเนินธุรกิจ โดยเฉพาะแรงกดดัน
จากตนทุนที่ มีแนวโน มสูงขึ้ นจากหลายปจจัย เชน การปรั บขึ้นอัตราคาจางขั้นต่ ำเปน
300 บาทในอีก 70 จังหวั ด (จากที่ในป 2555 ปรับเปน 300 บาทไปแลวใน 7 จังหวั ด)
การทยอยลดการอุ ดหนุนราคาพลังงานของภาครัฐ ซึ่งจะมีผลตอราคากาซธรรมชาติ และ
ก าซหุงต ม (LPG) ทั้งภาคครัวเรือน ขนสง และอุตสาหกรรม รวมทั้งการปรับเพิ่ มคาไฟฟา
Ft รอบใหม ซึ่ งตนทุ นการดำเนินธุ รกิจที่สู งขึ้นจะสงผลกระทบต อผูประกอบการในระดับ
ที่แตกตางกันขึ้ นอยูกั บประเภทธุ รกิจ นอกจากนี้ ยังมี ปจจั ยลบด านอื่ นๆ ที่ ธุรกิจ
บางประเภทจะตองเผชิญ อาทิ ป ญหาการขาดแคลนแรงงาน และปจจัยทางการเมื อง
ในประเทศ
จากปจจัยสภาพแวดลอมดังที่กล าวมาขางตน ถึ งแมเศรษฐกิจโลกมี แนวโน มฟนตัว
และโอกาสที่เกิดวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจรุนแรงคงมีความเปนไปไดคอนข างนอย แตความออนแอ
ของเศรษฐกิ จในกลุมประเทศพั ฒนาแลวจะยังคงเปนขอจำกั ดที่ถ วงใหเศรษฐกิจโลก
ในภาพรวมยั งเติบโตไดไมรวดเร็วนัก ขณะที่ การใชจ ายในประเทศของภาคเอกชนมี
แนวโนมชะลอตัว เนื่องจากปจจัยเรงการใชจายจากมาตรการของรั ฐในป 2555 ที่ผานมา
เริ่ มทยอยสิ้นสุดลง จึงอาจมี ผลทำใหธุรกิจสวนใหญ โดยเฉลี่ยแลวอาจเติบโตไดในระดับ
ปานกลาง ขณะที่ธุรกิจที่ มีโอกาสขยายตัวโดดเดนนาจะมีสัดส วนนอยกวา

Businesses would also benefit from the upcoming
AEC in 2015. Thailand’s exports should receive
a boost from greater economic integration,
especially in shipments via border trade to CLMV
countries (including Cambodia, Laos PDR, Myanmar
and Vietnam). Brighter prospects will also be seen in
tourism and foreign direct investment (FDI), particularly
as foreign investors may remain attracted to relocating
their production base here.
On the downside, however, businesses may be
challenged by rising costs, given our nationwide minimum
wage increase to THB300/day (after 7 pilot provinces in
2012), plus the government’s gradual reductions in energy
subsidies, which may result in higher prices for natural gas
and LPG sold to households, or for transport and industry,
as well as higher electricity charges in light of increases in
the fuel adjustment tariff (Ft) rate. Nonetheless, impacts
may be felt to varying degrees. Labor shortages and
political uncertainty may hurt progress.
Despite expanding global economies which seem
less likely to encounter shocks, weakness in advanced
economies may hamper the recovery. Meanwhile,
private spending is set to slow with the end of our
government’s incentives as enjoyed in 2012. As a result,
most businesses may experience only moderate growth,
and only a few may manage to thrive. KResearch has
therefore analyzed the trends for major industries in 2013
and is reporting on that here.
This year will likely be another cautious year
for business despite positive developments in
the resolution of economic problems in
Europe and the US, plus brighter signs in the
Chinese economy that should bode well for
our exports.
