Nowadays, the meat industries are considerable growing worldwide. In Thailand, the meat processing
industries have developed quickly to meet the export purpose and step up to the ranked seventh in
the world. However, the Thai entrepreneurs are still impeded by trade barriers, when they export the
livestock products to the global. They always face with the under-standard livestock products and
contamination from disease, such as, Salmonella spp. and Campylobacter spp.,
