กระบวนการสุ่มตัวอย่างอาหารจะมี วิธีการสุ ่มที่แตกต่างกั นออกไปตามแต่ละ
ประเภทของอาหาร ซึ่งแบ่ งออกได้เป็น 3 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่ 1 อาหารที่ผลิตจาก
โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหรือมีการรับรองสถานที ่ผลิ ต กลุ่ มที่ 2 อาหารตัก
แบ่งขายหรือแบ่งบรรจุเพื่อจ�ำหน่ายปลี ก และกลุ่มที่ 3 ผักและผลไม้ สด
Food sampling process is conducted by different
methods according to the types of food, which can be
divided into 3 groups; Group 1: food produced from
factories or withmanufacturing places certified, Group
2: food divided into portions for sale or repacked for
retailbusiness,andGroup3: freshvegetablesand fruits.
Group1: Foodproduced from factoriesorwithmanufacturing
places certified refers to food contained in a tightly closed
containeror inasealedpackageandwitha label that clearly
indicates the name of goods, manufacturing place, main ingredients,
date of manufacturing and/or date of expiry. Group 2: Food divided
intoportion for saleor repacked for retail businesscanbedivided into
2sub-groups, i.e. fooddivided intoportion forsale refers to theportion
of food scooped up from a container containing a large quantity of
food, whichmay be sold byweight as requested by the buyer. Most
of these will not have food label, except in the case where there is
original label, thesamplingpersonnel shall recorddetailson the label
as well. The food repacked for retail business refers to the food
separately repacked insmall unit for retail purpose. Most of thesewill
be packed in a package or a bag and sealed, with or without label.
This case may also include fresh vegetables and fruits packed and

ซึ่งหมายถึงอาหารที่มี การตักแบ่งออกจากภาชนะที่ใช้ บรรจุอาหารที่มีปริมาณมาก
โดยอาจแบ่งจ� ำหน่ายตามน�้ ำหนักที่ผู้ซื้อต้องการ ซึ่งส่ วนมากจะไม่มี ฉลากอาหาร
ยกเว้นกรณีที่มีฉลากเดิมอยู่ ให้ผู้สุ่มตัวอย่างบันทึ กรายละเอียดฉลากไว้ด้วยและกลุ่ม
อาหารแบ่งบรรจุเพื่อจ�ำหน่ ายปลีก ซึ่งหมายถึงอาหารที่ แบ่งบรรจุเป็นหน่วยย่ อย
เพื่อขายปลีกซึ่ งส่วนมากจะมีการบรรจุในหีบห่ อหรือถุงและปิดผนึกเรียบร้อยรวมทั้ง
