Vietnam is a country with the potential to attract foreign investment due to the abundance of natural resources,
plenty of population at working ages and the moderate wage levels. However, Vietnam is still trying to develop the
infrastructure and income of the people including raising the level of industrial production in the country from those
focusing on labor to the industry that exploits technology to contribute with more productivity. This is to prepare for
foreign investment and competition in the world markets.
