พลิกโฉมการบริหารคลังวัตถุดิบด้วยเซนเซอร์อัจฉริยะจาก VEGA

ในโลกของการผลิตอาหารและสินค้าเกษตร ความแม่นยำ คือ หัวใจสำคัญของความสำเร็จ โดยเฉพาะในโรงสีขนาดใหญ่ที่มีระบบการจัดการวัตถุดิบและกระบวนการผลิตที่ซับซ้อน เช่น Swissmill โรงสีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ซึ่งสามารถจัดการกับเมล็ดธัญพืชได้ถึง 1,000 ตันต่อวัน โดยเบื้องหลังความแม่นยำของ Swissmill คือ เทคโนโลยีการวัดระดับขั้นสูงจาก VEGA ที่ช่วยให้การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง การจัดส่งวัตถุดิบ และการประมวลผลทุกขั้นตอน ดำเนินไปอย่างไร้รอยต่อ โดยเฉพาะเซนเซอร์ VEGAPULS 69 ที่ใช้คลื่นเรดาร์ความถี่สูง 80 GHz สำหรับการวัดระดับในไซโลแป้ง ซึ่งเต็มไปด้วยฝุ่นและวัตถุดิบที่มีค่า dielectric constant ต่ำอย่าง “รำ” ได้อย่างแม่นยำ ไม่มีสะดุด

นอกจากนี้ เซนเซอร์ VEGACAP 63 ก็ยังมีบทบาทสำคัญในการวัดระดับระหว่างกระบวนการรับเมล็ดพืช การผลิตอาหารสัตว์ และการควบคุมการผลิตแบบต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าจะไม่มีการล้นของวัตถุดิบหรือความผิดพลาดที่อาจหยุดกระบวนการผลิตทั้งระบบ เช่น สถานีรับข้าวสาลี จะมีการติดตั้งโพรบวัดระดับแบบความจุ VEGACAP 63 มากถึง 137 ตัว ขณะเดียวกันเซนเซอร์วัดระดับยังถูกนำมาใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตอาหารสัตว์เพื่อควบคุมการทำงานของระบบในขั้นตอนการอัดเม็ดอาหารสัตว์ (Pelletizing) โดยถังพักล่วงหน้าจะต้องถูกเติมจนเต็มอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้ได้ความหนาแน่นของเม็ดอาหารที่เหมาะสม ดังนั้น จึงจำเป็นต้องใช้สัญญาณการวัดที่เชื่อถือได้และมีความแม่นยำสูง
